CANCELLATION POLICY
Hey bestie- When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. I prep for you, plan for you, and hold that space intentionally — so I ask that you honor it the same way. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 25% service fee. • No-shows will also be charged 25% of the service total. This fee will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, the balance will be collected prior to your next scheduled service. I totally understand that life happens but last-minute changes make it difficult to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
